1. การยอมรับข้อกำหนด
- การใช้บริการ NextGen Studio ถือว่าท่านได้อ่านและยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้แล้ว
- หากท่านไม่ยอมรับข้อกำหนด กรุณาหยุดใช้งานและถอนการติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์
2. บัญชีและ License Key
- ผู้ใช้ต้องเก็บรักษา License Key เป็นความลับและไม่เปิดเผยให้บุคคลอื่น
- การใช้ License Key ร่วมกันเกินจำนวนอุปกรณ์ที่กำหนดถือเป็นการละเมิด
- บริษัทสงวนสิทธิ์เพิกถอน License Key ที่ตรวจพบการใช้งานผิดปกติ
3. การชำระเงินและคืนเงิน
- ค่าบริการชำระล่วงหน้าตามแผนที่เลือก เมื่อชำระเงินแล้วงดคืนเงินทุกกรณี
- เงื่อนไขนี้ครอบคลุมทุกรายการ ได้แก่ แพ็กเกจรายเดือน/ตลอดชีพ · การอัปเกรด · การเพิ่มจอ · การต่ออายุ API Key · ส่วนเสริม (add-on) ทุกชนิด
- กรุณาตรวจสอบแพ็กเกจ ราคา และเงื่อนไขการใช้งานให้เรียบร้อยก่อนโอนเงินทุกครั้ง หากมีข้อสงสัยสอบถามทีมงานได้ก่อนชำระเงิน
- กรณีโอนเกิน โอนซ้ำ หรือโอนผิดแพ็กเกจ ไม่ถือเป็นการขอคืนเงินตามข้อข้างต้น ทีมงานจะตรวจสอบและดูแลส่วนต่างให้เป็นรายกรณี
- ราคาและเงื่อนไขอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า สำหรับผู้ใช้ใหม่
4. การใช้งานที่ต้องห้าม
- ใช้ซอฟต์แวร์สร้างเนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมาย ลามก อนาจาร หรือละเมิดสิทธิ์ผู้อื่น
- ใช้ซอฟต์แวร์โจมตีระบบ หลีกเลี่ยงการตรวจจับ หรือทำกิจกรรมที่ผิดกฎหมาย
- แอบอ้างเป็นบุคคลอื่น หรือปลอมแปลงข้อมูล
5. ขีดจำกัดการให้บริการ
- การให้บริการขึ้นอยู่กับความพร้อมของระบบและบริการของ Third Party ที่บริษัทใช้งาน
- บริษัทไม่รับประกันการใช้งานได้ตลอดเวลา 100 เปอร์เซ็นต์
- บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับหรือปรับเปลี่ยนฟีเจอร์โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า
6. การติดต่อและแก้ไขปัญหา
- ผู้ใช้สามารถติดต่อฝ่ายสนับสนุนที่อีเมล [email protected]
- การแก้ไขปัญหาอยู่ในดุลยพินิจของบริษัท โดยจะดำเนินการตามความเหมาะสม
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By using NextGen Studio, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
- If you do not agree, please cease use and uninstall the Software.
2. Account and License Key
- Users must keep their License Key confidential and not disclose it to others.
- Sharing a License Key beyond the permitted number of devices constitutes a violation.
- The Company reserves the right to revoke any License Key showing abnormal usage.
3. Payment and Refunds
- Service fees are paid in advance per selected plan. All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
- This applies to every purchase: monthly/lifetime plans, upgrades, extra screens, API key renewals and all add-ons.
- Please review the package, price and requirements before transferring. Contact our team with any questions before you pay.
- Overpayments, duplicate transfers and wrong-package transfers are not covered by the rule above and are handled case by case by our team.
- Prices and terms may change without prior notice for new users.
4. Prohibited Uses
- Using the Software to create illegal, obscene, or infringing content.
- Using the Software to attack systems, evade detection, or conduct illegal activities.
- Impersonating others or falsifying information.
5. Service Limitations
- Service depends on system availability and third-party services used by the Company.
- The Company does not guarantee 100 percent uptime.
- The Company reserves the right to suspend or modify features without prior notice.
